Made a reservation using AAA rate for 11 nights and was told at check out after 7 nights that I couldn't get a refund for the nights I didn't stay. The front door didn't latch and the bed comforter had cigarette burns. I don't recommend.

Clean & quiet. Large room & bathroom. Entry door jamb not tight or sealed on three sides. Vanity separating from wall. No breakfast here and lobby is apparently locked 24x7. Excellent stay overall, especially since the price was very reasonable. Short distance to IAH

The desk guys were very, very, very rude and would not accept my State of Texas tax exemption certificate. Not a safe area. Even though I had a non-refundable reservation, I couldn't stay here. Terrible!!!!

Refused to let me check in because of my service dog.

This hotel refused to let me check in because I had a service dog. When I explained that he wasn’t a pet that he is protected under the Americans with disabilities act they then wanted to charge a 150 dollar deposit for the dog. I said ok I’ll pay it and file a complaint with the ADA in the morning the manager handed my Id back and said he was canceling my reservation. Stay far away from this motel.

You can hear a pin drop - in your neighbors room. Plus anything else they may be doing in there all night. They get an "A" for effort, and cleanliness wise. They gave us a refund on our unused days. The mattress was on a was on a wood platform that came out 3" past the mattress, I call that a knee breaker. The noise from adjoining rooms was a deal breaker, people with children should be aware that noise could be rated XXX, all night long.
